I purchased a Bashan DB-47 250 and it arrived in a little over a week. The crate was undamaged and after futher inspection the motorcycle was in perfect condition. I had no trouble putting it together, front wheel, headlamp and a couple small things easy! I received my MCO from gocartsusa after following the instructions on the website and went to NJ Motor Vehicles to title and register it. Well NJDMV gave me some problems about formating some paperwork and then I texted customer service and they immeadiatly faxed the info directly to my DMV so I could get my title and tag. Very happy with my purchase, love this motorcycle and it fits the wifey perfect. The fit and finish was amazing and the engine started right up and purred. The chinese bikes notoriously come through lean so expect to rejet the carb for more power and response. I highly reccomend this motorcycle and dealer 10/10

I was a little skeptical about buying a Chinese motorcycle and having it shipped in a crate all the way across the country without first seeing one up close. After having it delivered I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from GoKarts USA again. It took about two weeks from order to delivery. Not a bad amount of time considering the size weight and distance (CA to NY). Tracking was available through a freight forwarder which showed when it got to the distribution warehouse. Another company then called to schedule the delivery day, all went smooth. As for the motorcycle I ordered, everything was in great condition. I assembled it and started using it right away. It looks and works great with just over an hour of use so far. Overall a great transaction and highly recommended.

This was the third kart I have bought in the last year with gokart usa. The only issues I had was waiting on the delivery all three were delivered within the time they said . Received emails every step on each kart excellent company and a very quality product. I will buy from them again
