Hello David, Thank you for your Review. We see that you ordered an Engine and Torque Converter. Unfortunately, they are on a 30 day backorder. We will go ahead and cancel your order and issue a refund. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Don't Do I.
Worst company I've ever dealt with. First off, "mini-bike kits" do not come with a chain guard, kickstand (you need to weld it on yourself), clutch, engine or fenders so figure adding on another $300 to your purchase. Save some money and get the clutch and engine on amazon for $100 less. I ordered TWO fenders and paid for TWO fenders but the "mini-bike kit" that doesn't come with fenders only uses a rear fender so you only need one and they only shipped me one even though I had ordered two. I called customer service FIVE times and could not locate one single person that could understand and correct my problem, they insisted the "kit" that doesn't come with fenders only comes with one fender...confused? To top it all off, with shipping and handling I paid $100 more for this "kit" bike with cheaply made parts than I did for a fully assembled and painted mini-bike withe the exact same engine. RUN, don't walk away from ordering from this company, it's really not worth what you end up with.

Hello Mark, Thank you for your Review. You are correct, the Kickstand and Chain Guard are optional. The Chain Guard is $11.95, the Kickstand is $14.95. We do not see how you arrived at the $300 extra. The total cost for the kit was $511 We are truly sorry that you feel this was too expensive.
Chris,
Horrible customer service. Unprofessional. They would not contact me when I requested it, ignored my emails until I finally emailed them for the 5th time without response. They canceled my order without notice or explanation. Wasted 5 days of my time. I went to a competitor and my ordering needs were taken care of in 10 MINUTES! Do not do business with these people.

Poor service. They don’t answer their phone in customer service. Go kart took almost three weeks to be delivered. The canopy cover has not showed up yet and it’s been 3 months. My advice is to buy locally. The response given by Gokartusa is inaccurate. I was not sent the go kart I ordered. The go kart I ordered had a canopy. It was specifically mentioned in the description. I also stand by the nearly 3 week delivery. It was longer than the 16 days mentioned in the reply. I was there, they were not.

The website is great, but I tried to call and talk to someone about the parts I was looking for. The guy that I talked to for a short period of time before he hung up on me was rude and not acting like he cared what I was talking about. He kept telling me "without having your go kart here in front of me I can't help you!" I knew what I was looking for but I just wanted to verify that was the right part, but he just kept giving me the same response about not having the go kart in front of him.

Hello Coty Thanks for your Review. We can point you in the right direction, but ultimately you must select your parts. We can't really tell you what parts you need over the phone' Especially if you are not sure of your Year, Make or Model Often times the manufacturer is no longer around. But we have most any part you may need

We received our go kart for our kids on April 24, 2019...A month later on May 24, 2019 it was no longer working. We think the fuel tank is the issue but go kart USA has not been any help and with a 1300.00 spent on a go kart, it should still be working or the very least...the company should help better resolve the issue. We were trying to give the benefit of the doubt before reviewing. At one point, tech support said these kind of things happen. It’s sad my kids only got to enjoy their go kart for a month and no help whatsoever from the company. Maybe $1300 isn’t that much to this company but it is a lot to us!

I used their contact us now option. Sent a clear picture of what I was working with. Sent me a throttle cable and pedal rod that I have no idea how it works. $25 for the part and $25 for shipping and still took a week to receive ????? Overpriced. Could have gotten the same package/parts for 1/2 the price on ebay. No directions on how the parts install. I understand this is a universal fit part but some kind of directions should have been included. Not impressed.
Response from GoKarts USA®Jun 15, 2019
