GoKarts USA®Reviews of gokartsusa.com

We got a 4 wheeler for our kids it’s very nice and delivered pretty fast but wasn’t called like they said they would to set up delivery! The delivery guy said he had the wrong number and on the paper he handed me was not our number but our number was on the box! I’ve been on the site again trying to decide if I want another or wait and noticed you can get a free gift with order and we didn’t have that option on the one we just got! Over all great experience and will highly recommend this company!

Great experience. Love our go karts. Would have liked better communication but understandable in the time of covid and closures.

Website is easy and informative. Very frustrating that you cannot talk to a customer service rep before making such a large purchase. This is a review of their website and ordering procedures only as the Karts have not shipped yet.

Carbrator leaks gas talked to mechanic he said the floats are sticking cant fix it cuz he cant tear carbrator apart to get to the floats cuz there riveted not bolted

I was very impressed at how the rides where broken down for kids of all ages and the abundance of items sold by the company. I gave you guys a 4 star because theirs always some improvement to be made somewhere. Overall completely satisfied.

Website is not very user friendly, but with patience and determination you can find what you need.

Great place for cart parts

' it would only let me rate 4 stars
