i got my most of my products in a quick amount of time. GoKart USA let me know on my receipt in the box that my exhaust was on back order. i reached out to them to get a status update on that item but i havent heard anything from them in weeks

I ordered the KD-125GKM and to my surprise - I received the 125FM5. Unfortunately due to logistical reasons I didn't discover this until Christmas morning! The machine itself.. I like it. .good structural welds, straight forward assembly (wheels, rollbars, etc..). . If one assembles themselves ensure the tie rods are snug (mine looked tight but loosened in the first hour of use). I also have a poor wiring connection at the 10A fuse that prevents reliable start-up. If I had one wish... I wish the owners manual would give better instructions: on adjusting idle speed (there's no apparent screw at the carburetor, but one at the throttle) and a better wiring diagram and electrical components location. Which is very basic and non existent. My initial review was bad but since the company responded and that I've had the machine for a week I can give a better and more thorough review.

Hello Stephen, We see that, surprise surprise. It's actually an upgrade. We are suppose to clear that with you prior to shipping. The GKM was out of stock, and you got the last FM5 Do you like it?? Did you uncrate it?? Did you complete a Help Request yet?

Wish the parts had item # and actual photo hard to tell what I'm ordering my utv was missing everything never seeing it made it hard to find

SPOKE WITH SALES PERSON TO VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE AVAILABLE. TWO DAYS LATER GOT A EMAIL STATING THE GAS TANK WAS NOT IN STOCK. AND ASKED IF I WANTED A DIFFERENT TANK. I CHOOSE A DIFFERENT TANK AT A LESS EXPENSIVE COST. STILL WAITING ON REIMBURSEMENT OF DIFFERENCE. NOTE I HAVE PLACED TWO ORDERS THE PAST TWO WEEKS OVER $600.00.

All correspondence with this company was positive. The fit and finish of the product was less than I thought it would be for the money. The shipping container was dropped hard enough the machine broke free from the brackets causing paint damage and head light breakage. The unit would not shift with a person setting in it as shipped and the shift linkage had to be changes at the motor to make it work. The unit is a new model and the company assured me that a parts list as well as touch up paint would be coming soon.
