Worst web site experience I’ve ever had! Thought if I entered a PART NUMBER that a simple SEARCH would bring up the item we were looking for. Instead it took over an HOUR to finally get to place an order! Tried searching parts, motor cycles, and innumerable other words before we found the ignition switch my friend needed! Awful time.

The parts we exactly what I expected. The shipping charges were ridiculous for what was delivered. Because I needed the parts, and couldn’t find them any where else, I ordered the parts. I was only given one option for the shipping, and I thought that $30 was a little excessive for $17 worth of bearings.

Shipping prices kill any sense of a good deal. Most parts are the same price as other sites until the $20+ shipping is added. Unless the vendor is mailing bricks with small parts there is no reason for shipping to be more than $7 or $8 for basic ground shipping. Please review logistic price strategy.

It took over two hours! To. Complete my order! It was unclear How to get to checkout, then it was hard to switch to PayPal .you need to look to see how eBay does it!

The box was in poor condition and the steering wheel was shifted to the left and a little metal circle on were the tire goes was flat.
