ATV doesn't run. No support was helpful when txting support line for help. Better to spend more money and get a better product than go with the cheaper price as this option.

Gastank on motor was damaged when delivered.

Well since I haven’t received my part yet and it’s been over a week since the order. And also was charged an astronomical price for shipping I’m not happy at all. I most likely will never order from this company again. I sent a text via the website and there was no response. Update read reply’s below first........ I see they are saying it’s a large body part which is not accurate at all, I ordered a plastic peace for a carburetor that could not weigh more than 4 oz. I also finally got a response from the company only after writing a bad review. Telling me to change my review. Nope! Update!!!! Be sure to read the reply below to put this all together... Whoever that text me back only after a bad review wrote this (((((((Chris, your order was shipped the day you ordered it and it will be delivered this week. These are not parts that you can purchase on Amazon, they are special order parts that must come from the manufacturer to ensure proper figment. Please update your review, we under stand that we may not have earned a five star, but a one star? Really that bad huh?)))))) Also you said you would give some of the shipping cost back, haven’t seen that either if you would like, I can copy and past that as well! Don’t be a questionable company, own your mistakes and make it right… helpful hint to live by, under promise over deliver and your company will go far.

If shopping for a scooter, I would look elsewhere. GoKartsUSA describes a one year parts warranty, but make the entire warranty subject to having your vehicle inspected within five days. Mechanics don’t work quickly. Now I find out because the title didn’t come with the shipment, I must go through a complicated process and it will take over two weeks to receive. They have literally not guidance on setting up the scooter. Parts were missing and broken. My mechanic was not at all impressed. Due to GoKartsUSA, my mechanic expense was an extra $400. Terrible quality control. Take a pass on GoKartsUSA and work with a more reputable and professional company. Don’t buy from GoKartsUSA. Thank you for your reply, however, I am using my mechanic and he wasn't able to get it put together within five days of receiving the scooter as you require for the warranty. I had to pay extra for this service and he is not impressed with the failure to ensure parts are not missing or broken. Improve your quality control. You also didn’t address your failure to ensure the title was sent with the scooter and now requiring extensive paperwork to obtain, even though I legally purchased through GoKartsUSA. Having to wait over two weeks is unacceptable as I won’t be able to license or ride on public streets. Lastly, don’t justify poor quality with a low price. Regardless of price, you should stand by your commitment to customer service.

Not a good company to deal with order a machine from them almost 3 weeks and still nothing called a dozen times stuff I wanted was out of stock and no email letting me know what's going on i will never use them again and i would recommend people not to shop with them also no tracking info either!!!!

I ordered a product that wasn't in stock and was cancelled.

Had it for about 4 months only used like 8 -10 times and never tuned back on....👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
