Bad service, people working there do not know the products they are selling, have been trying to get our voodoo cart running for the past 5 months, they either can’t help me, sell me the wrong parts, or don’t have the parts in stock I need. Would not recommend go cart USA to anyone

Ordered a go kart and asked them to hold off shipping for a week. In the mean time they sold it to someone else (which they admitted) and put it on backorder. I called the company to discuss. I was hung up on once, disconnected during transfer, and now they have blocked every number I try to contact them from. Now Christmas will be ruined for my kids since all their gifts are based off the go kart. They refuse to right their wrong. Go somewhere else.

As for the reply, I was back in town when you shipped my order. It was in stock when I ordered. You agreed to hold onto one and ship in a few days. I NEVER authorized or requested refund. You admitted to selling it to someone else. The fine print on my invoice says if an item is on backorder it will state that on the invoice. My invoice says nothing about being on backorder. Make it right and own up to your mistake. "Several options" were not offered as you state. You wouldn't even let me speak with a manager. Quit tweaking the story to make yourself look good. Also, I am still awaiting the said "refund" to show up. I contacted the BBB regarding them. Go Karts USA claimed to the BBB it was a fraudulent review. I provided an invoice to the BBB. We will see where that goes. Guess it is time to get the credit card company involved. They have told other review sites the same story in an attempt to have my reviews removed. They claim I am one of three people affiliated with a competitor. I can assure you I am simply a consumer and am in no way affiliated with a competitor. I did order early, almost 2 full months before Christmas, while it was still in stock. You sold the one you were holding for us for less than 5 days to someone else. I told you color was not important. The fact is I paid IN FULL for the go kart and you sold it out from underneath us. Reordering is not an option since it is out of stock for delivery by Christmas. You have ruined Chrismas for my daughters. All their gifts revolved around this go kart. UPDATE: I was able to order from someone else who gave me an even better deal than their Black Friday deal!

I ordered a few parts and one of the parts was missing. I called back and they said they would ship it. A week later I called back and they never shipped it. Called back again and they said they would ship it out that day. Never got an email for tracking and still have not received the part I purchased. Now when I call the phone just rings.

I placed an order for an item that showed in stock on the website, was charged and figured the item would ship. I received an e-mail the next day notifying me the item was not in stock along with a promotional code for an additional discount on my next order. Okay, no problem. When I went to place another order for some other items I needed, the promotional code was invalid. I e-mailed this company regarding their promotional code and never received a reply. No worries, I ordered the items elsewhere.

Back order for maybe 30days on one order. Don’t no when second order is coming? Thanks Chris

Web site said a specific make and model was available and in stock. Ordered it and was billed. Order confirmed. Then 3 days later an email shows up that it’s no longer available. Money was refunded. Called and spoke to a customer service/sales person to make a second selection. Agreed on another unit, and the CSR confirmed they had it in stock after putting me on hold several times to be certain. Order placed and I was billed. 3 days later another email notice that the second choice is also Out Of Stock. This is despite confirmation that one was available live and in person with their CSR. So in the end, no purchase ever took place. Money was refunded. So, good news is I got my money back each time with no delays. Bad news is that two purchases, with one fully confirmed, got zeroed out so no transaction ever occurred. That’s the deal with my experience. The attitude when asked about “what’s going on here” was rather cavalier, it was like “it’s just tough luck buddy.”

Absolutely horrible customer service. My order was canceled without my consent and I was hung up on while trying to discuss shipping with customer service. I will never purchase from this company and I will tell everyone to steer clear.
