Unit came with hole in seat. Sent picture several times with comments. Someone responded but could open the pic file..said the file was too large?? One photo 3.4 MG seems small in today's technical environment. They said to take a smaller res pic, we did and resent several time with no response. I now take the "file too large" as an excuse not to take care of my issue. Service sucks. Unit has been good.
Disappointed
Worst experience ever. Very poor customer service. Really doesn't seem to want to get it right or do the right thing. Sent the wrong vehicle. Would stay away from this "company" - there are others out there offering the same. However the other companies actually care about the customer, the money you want to spend and get it right.

We ordered 3 days ago; our credit card charged and the order STILL has not been shipped, much less on it's way! Very disappointing!

If I could leave no stars I would. We purchased a go kart for our son for Christmas in November. When we received it the go kart was completely damaged and we refused shipment and contacted them right away about this. They told us we could just cancel the order or wait for a replacement- we initially asked for a replacement but we were getting no response on a new delivery date so we canceled the order so we could purchase it somewhere else in time for Christmas. To date they still do not want to give us our money back for something we don't even physically possess and they even had the gall to send us the title to it. Buyer beware!!!!! Will be pursuing this legally.

Hello Julie, There was no damage. The package is designed to absorb any damage and protect the contents. When we received the return shipment, there was no damage to the Go Kart. A refund was issued same day. 11/19 --- customer refused delivery because of damage and wants another one shipped 12-12 Item returned, no damage to product, refund issued

I ordered a part for my dune buggy that said it was available, within ten minutes my order was cancelled. Called the next day to find out the part there website said was available, in fact wasn’t available and I was told they needed to update there website. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again unless it’s something I can’t find ANYWHERE else!
