I feel that their website is confusing. When I went to get a price for my item with shipping and discounts I put in an item, put in to calculate shipping, put in the coupon code and it gave me a price taking out shipping..... wow, what a great coupon and discount! I go to check out and shipping is still there.... so I talk to customer service and am told no it calculates it for one OR the other, but not both.... if you want free shipping it MUST have the free shipping icon. So I find a go cart that is more expensive and DOES have the free shipping icon.... nope, its going to charge me $150 for shipping... I took a SCREENSHOT of their website and showed them the item with the free shipping icon and they said nope, it was a mistake - they didn't even offer to give me an extra discount or split the cost of shipping with them. Very annoyed and I feel misled and lied to.... I ordered the original item and hope I won't be disappointed further. Just got their reply.... As I said, when I FOUND an item with the free shipping icon AND took a screenshot AND showed them that screenshot IN chat they didn't do anything when it tried to charge me shipping except say nope its an item that really was supposed to charge shipping...

Hello Jonathan, When you enter a coupon code, You must click Get Rates again to display the shipping in advance checkout. Otherwise, it will show you the shipping on step 3 Items that have Free Shipping will display the Free Shipping icon Sorry for the confusion, Thanks for your review

Tires came crushed so far have not been able to reshape back to normal! Box was not damaged!
Response from GoKarts USA®Apr 11, 2020
Hello Patrick, thanks for your review. a lot of tires ship flat. once you mount it and inflate it, it pops into shape! you may need to take a trip to the gas station for compressed air. you cant reshape the tire by hand

I ordered two wiring harnesses and a resistor for my cart. The websites says they are open for business during the Coronavirus pandemic. About 24 hours after ordering I received an email saying my parts were on backorder. I have since tried to email, call and text them to inquire as to how long it might be for my order to ship. I have received no reply at all. I am guessing this is a one or two man operation and staying open wasn’t as easy as they thought. Hopefully they aren’t sick. Without answers they get a one star review from me.

I ordered a Go Kart today and once I realized the assembly process I quickly (within a couple of hours) asked to have the delivery address changed to my mechanics shop. I was told that it would be $150.00 charge. That is pretty ridiculous and if this is how poor customer service is this early in the process I'm really concerned about what is on store for the delivery, assembly ect. if there are problems. Not at all impressed!
Response from GoKarts USA®Apr 11, 2020
Hello Leeann, Thanks for your review. Sorry to hear you are unhappy. That's the re-direct fee from the freight company. Changing a shipping address once an order is placed can be a problem. The shipping order is quickly processed, printed and attached to the shipment. Freight companies can charge redirect fee to change an address. Also. payments are approved based upon shipping address. Sorry, address changes are a bit of a no no We hope you have fun with your new Go Kart!
