No customer service

HUGE amount of "Fine Print" and way too many hoops to jump through. Then, after all that, the next day I got an automated email telling me the item I ordered was "Sold Out" with no explanation, like, is it ever going to be restocked and if so, when? Then, if I wanted to inquire I had to open an account and submit an email request for information. This just isn't worth all the messing around. I'm not buying a house or applying for a high level security clearance! All very impersonal. If that isn't bad enough, I was bait and switched to this website by a picture of a Bonanza/Hodaka minibike for a great price. After wading through everything I found out that one wasn't for sale and the price posted was for just a rolling frame. Pretty sneaky.

Terrible customer service, dont have anything in stock

Short story , I bought a item $20 it never showed up at my house, I contacted Gokarts USA and they said it wasn’t there problem to contact ups, There people are a$$holes

They didn’t tell me some models couldn’t be sold to people in California until after I ordered it. And then was pretty rude, like I should’ve known that, when I reached out to ask them questions.

Bought mini jeep for a family toy. It showed up w broken body near rear tail light, broken tail light, rip in drivers seat, rear wheel keeps coming loose at the axle hub and scratches all over. Showed up lookin used. Very disappointing. They claim to be sending new tail light and seat but I'm being forced to deal with broken body right out of the box. Will never buy from company again.

I placed an order with a credit card, and they would not accept the payment. They said I had to wire money over for the purchase.

Person over the phone didnt really want to put the effort to see if you carried a chain tensioner for a go cart...he said did not carry and was short. I inturn i searched your web site and found. 2, I never got my 2 % discount ( i know its not much )you advertised the discount but not applied. 3. You also make the customer pay the overnight express ( $ 8.72 ) even though i didnt want that. I dont think your allowed to make the customer pay the upgraded over night fee.. I think its illegal 4, the part i ordered seems to work.
