Pleased with the ease of the whole experience.

Everything is great, but my passenger seat belt clip came broken. The strap that attaches around the waist. How do I get a replacement? Also, the canvas cover for the top of the car had stitching loose. Please advise

The Kart runs great! I will say, it was not clear when purchasing it how high a level of mechanical expertise is required to build it. The Assembly Guidance (not Instructions) does not include diagrams (except a single diagram of the final assembled Kart). Building it with my daughter (it was her request for her birthday) was a lot of fun, and we learned a lot - but the instructions could have been more detailed and the parts could have been better labeled to match the description in the instructions. Overall a high quality Kart and a good learning experience.

The website is relatively easy to use and if you if you need help or have any questions the "live chat" customer service rep will help you.

We purchased a 196cc mid xrx, as far as the go-kart goes, it’s fantastic. The kids love it. For the mid size it does seam a little small and I definitely don’t think a 6foot person could fit in it like it says they can. Giving four stars for this reason only, I thought that it would be a little bigger. But we are still otherwise a happy customer.

twice as expensive but good quality product .

great service great service the shipping was too pricey.
