shipping box was well packed
shipping box was well packed, components had sharp edges, fork pivot hole had to be reamed to receive 5/8 bolt, construction manual was included,seat was poor quality and small, kit seems to be overpriced but was complete with all parts.

ordering / purchasing was easy but they…
ordering / purchasing was easy but they need to update their website. I tried to purchase a bike on two separate occasions and was told they were no longer in stock after I had already purchased them.They had no delay on giving me a refund and were in contact with me immediately.

Ok but had some issues with missing parts and ignition swich had a broken wire no power to the whole jeep
For being so big to haul an parts missing an few parts broken it was all and all ok
