3 weeks to ship my order that was…
3 weeks to ship my order that was listed as "in stock". The parts I finally received were a mix of good parts and junk. The instructions that were available for download are vague and/or copies of photocopies and the photos are so distorted they're useless. Customer service is horrible with no phone conversation available, only a help request that usually takes several days to get a one line response. What should have been an exciting time for youngest was just a disappointment. Had to order other parts due to the a few parts we received were inoperable as they weren't threaded at the factory or were just rusty junk out of the box. Ordering here and spending over a thousand dollars on a mini bike kit was my mistake, dont make it yours.

Then HIGH DEMAND with everyone staying HOME We have continued to ship out orders during the Pandemic. Many products are IN STOCK. and Containers are arriving each week. Orders are being shipped out in the order placed. We do our best to provide current inventory information. We know how frustrating it can be waiting
