we have not recieved our order. $1400.00 was withdrawn from our account on 5/14 and it is 5/29 and we still have no correspondance from the company, cannot get through by phone or email and have no product.

Listed an ATV as in stock, allowed me to purchase, then cancelled order and says out of stock...customer service is a joke

Somehow the wrong order was placed maybe my fault maybe yours not sure but I cannot use the motor I received and when I requested to return the motor and get the correct engine I was told I would be charged 50% restock fee that is absolutely ridiculous

Since I made the purchase I tried to cal Gokart USA. There is no customer service phone number.there is only one for text msg. And It's been four days and nobody has replyed my msg yet. It's so stress full for a customer the situation you put them in. Why should I do now! I'm worried! Ican't cancel my purchase,I can't find out where my package is, I can't do anything!

Don’t trust this scam of a company. No one needs a scan of your ID to make an online purchase. You can vote in CA but can’t buy a GOKart without sending an ID. Don’t trust them! Stay away! #trump2020

I ordered a dirt bike and it says it was in stock. Then they email 1 day later saying that it was out of stock and on back order for 6 weeks! So I contacted customer service and said why it says it’s in stock and it wasent. They came back saying that they just cancelled my order!!! I never asked for that. Now I paid over 1,000 dollars for nothing!

Sells a pit bike then cancels the order. If it’s not in stock, don’t sell it. Sucks no birthday gift. Thanks a lot!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. I greatly regret buying our 300XRX from you. chat support is sketchy at best. The two times I contacted support I was greeted with a bad attitude, “this information is on our website. You should read it.” After a couple of questions the chat person would lose interest and simply stop responding. This happened both times I contacted chat. Email response, though timely was not much better. The description of the kart indicates “Centralized rearview mirrors”, and the parts diagram in the site clearly shows one. Their response, “ 2 side mirrors for rear viewing”. Yeah, right! The smart thing to do would be to admit their mistake in listing it that way, and offer to work with me to correct it. Nope. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company, you WILL regret it!
