Horrible service, can't ever get anyone to give me answers, ordered a product over 2 weeks ago still have no clue where it is or when it will arrive. All i know is 3000 dollars is in their pocket and I have zero Information. Don't order from this company you will not ever get a response and there online chat is broke and does not work worth a crap. Thanks for wasting my time and money I could of had a buggy from 10 other places by now....

Horrible experience dealing with this company. Customer service never responds. When they did reguarding when an in stock item would ship, I was told it would ship that day. It did not. A week later contacted again in trying to get information on when this product would ship a month after ordering or to refund purchase, no response. Would not purchase from the merchant in the future.

Order was not complete, missing parts. Other parts not prepped as advertised. Left message of problems, never had a response. I’m having issues with fitment of parts, there is no customer service. I was happy to find a company based in California, several hours from me. After this experience I doubt the will be here long. I hope my order was a rarity.

If I could give it negative stars I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM GOCARTSUSA. They are quick to take your money but that's about it. Ordered back in April. Did not recieve my order til mid may. My full order wasn't even delivered. Was refunded for helmets but still have yet to receive my battery charger. But the charger will be worthless because with less than 2 hours of total ride time the clutch froze up. ZERO customer service trying to get it warrantied even tho I have submitted a "HELP REQUEST". They need to be reported to the better business bureaus.

I placed an order and some of the parts were on backorder and i was notified of that and was told ETA was 5/31 but I haven’t received and update and its 6/2/2020
