Been almost a month and my cart still hasn't shipped will never purchase online again still haven't received my cart there's no way to correspond with a human being at this company do not waste your time a lot of hassle for little reward

No inventory. I ordered two go kart buggy’s in stock was told 5 days later there not in stock after being charged for them. So there response was to check the inventory. Which I did before I gave them my credit card to place my order! Maybe go kart USA should update there inventory so customers do not place orders on out of stock inventory that says in stock like I did. Even better thing they could do is not except your payment if there out of stock. Yes there inventory is on every page, but’s it not up to date. Basically it’s wrong. Great response check inventory. 🤣 Like that’s not the first thing ya customers do!!!

Terrible customer support. Unable to contact after trying for weeks. No response to texts.

The worse customer service EVER!!! I’ll stick to purchasing through GoPowerSports going forward.

There was a engine that was in stock when I purchased it, paid for it then they told me it was out of stock. Asked if they had another engine that I could buy but got no response. They did send me my money back so that’s good

Waited 11 days and my order still never shipped. Ordered from hammerheadperformance.com and got the part in 2 days not to mention the part was $30 here and only $3 at hammerhead.

Haven’t received it yet or any email with updates but keep getting these review emails.. it’s been 3 weeks!!!

I ordered a motor on their website that said it was in stock back in the first week of May. I got a text message almost two weeks later that they no longer had that motor and more likely we're not going to carry it in the future. They offered me a different motor which at the time said that it was in stock and gave me $30 off for the inconvenience. That motor was supposed to be here 3 weeks ago! Every time I've used the text line to communicate, the person on the other side has no clue what's going on. At first they told me I didn't even order a motor, then when I showed them the order they said that they hadn't processed my payment... then when I showed them the payment had been in fact processed, they stated that the motor wouldn't be here for 30 to 60 more days! when I told them that was unacceptable and asked to refund my money they refused. READ THAT LINE AGAIN, AFTER THEY SCREWED UP MULTIPLE TIMES THEY REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY. WE'RE NOT TALKING $5 OR $10, THIS IS 300+ BUCKS.... They stated that I needed to contact customer support. I contacted customer support who promised the motor would be here In the first week of June, we are now approaching the third week of June with no motor, no update, no tracking number. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
