GojitsuReviews of gojitsu.com

I order clothing from Quince. They use Gojitsu in my area to deliver packages. The driver will take a picture of the package in my mailbox and mark it as delivered. But by the time I get to my box, the package is gone. This has happened multiple times to the point that I will no longer do business with anyone who uses this delivery company. I love Quince products and their customer service is quite good but their reputation is taking a hit by using Gojitsu

This company is quick to suspend the drivers and blame the drivers when the customers are the ones not leaving instructions with no accurate address. The drivers end up being blamed because the app doesn't leave room for the customer errors

they delivered my package in the wrong address twice. I know because they take pictures and its not my building.

If I could give negative five stars, I would. I’ve lived in this city for over a decade and have never seen a delivery service this incompetent and ridiculous. A driver from this company left my package outside my apartment building, on a busy San Francisco street with constant foot traffic. No attempt to use the call box. No attempt to deliver properly inside. Just dropped it and left. Naturally, the package was stolen. I contacted the company and got a robotic “we’ve filed a complaint” response. No real apology, just a shrug and “talk to the retailer.” Zero accountability, zero concern. And based on other reviews on Google Maps and on Reddit, this isn’t a one-off — it’s a pattern. If your company can’t handle basic delivery in an urban environment, you shouldn’t be in business. Do better.

Terrible service with no accountability. Operation is inefficient and poorly set up. Driver failed to deliver my perishable package on the first day, was allowed to KEEP MY PACKAGE OVERNIGHT, and did not return to warehouse the next day until after 8 am, which apparently delays the delivery until the next day. So 48 hours has passed and now they are saying my package cannot be delivered as it has been marked as disposable. I called customer service and there is zero accountability. No attempt to compensate and there was no attempt to deliver, despite my request to, as I now have no food for the rest of the week. Customer service agent by the name of Lohana was not helpful at all, and it seems that there are no consequences for anyone involved. Again, this driver was allowed to keep my perishable package overnight. And then because they returned it to the warehouse 2 hrs late, I am out of food for the next week. Because they are withholding my package. That. I. Paid. For. Clowns. Actual circus. Stay away from this company at all cost. Reconsider buying from any provider that employs this company.
