They never delivered the package, but marked it as delivered! They had two packages out for delivery for me the same day. The driver marked both as delivered, but took a photo of the same package twice. I even met the driver outside and he handed me one package. He actually then took it back, got confused, brought it to my neighbor’s door, then 2 minutes later brought it back to me. He didn’t speak any English so I didn’t know what he said. I also have two cameras out front so I can confirm that he only delivered one to me. Furthermore, Jitsu’s chat support gives me the runaround. The chat bot says I can ask to speak to a representative. No matter how many times I ask or how I word it, it says it doesn’t understand me. I will avoid shopping at Quince just because they use Jitsu. Jitsu is an absolutely horrendous shipping company.

Would love to give this terrible service negative stars. Originally ordered a Christmas gift 12/4. Package arrived at a Jitsu facility 12/13 citing a delivery date of 12/14. Today is 12/26 and still no delivery. Customer service changed my delivery dates to 12/24 and 12/25 when I called to see what was happening. Apparently date changes mean absolutely nothing. Because today I received another email saying “package has been received at our facility and is processing, no ETA is available.” So 2 weeks for processing? Sure ok. This is unacceptable for a professional delivery service that is supposed to actually deliver. Seems like their infrastructure is a mess.

Worse company ! I am not sure why would anyone would use them… customer service is horrible … still waiting for my package with no answer … waiting a day or more for the warehouse supposedly to answer the call center!… avoid using them at all cost.. they will lose your package… customer service needs to do better instead giving the run around.. “ sorry can’t do much waiting for the respond for the warehouse to respond” be requesting to speak to their managers and no one can ever give me a answer .. I still can’t believe it that a warehouse with no management cannot respond to their emails on a urgent basis!

I have experienced very bad package delivery about this company. Last time I have to called why my package was not delivered and they are working on the road that is why driver can not made delivery. The driver did not tried different route to delivery the package when the road is construction. This time I have seen they assigned a delivery Mercedes Benz Class C to delivery my package but package never arrived and tracking status still Out for Delivery since yesterday. Bad experiences untrustworthy company.

Terrible company. Said they delivered my package. Even included a picture of it on the step. As soon as I went out to get it, it was gone. Camera showed driver took it back as soon as they took a picture of it. Tried to contact the company, basically said I was out of luck. Asked them to tell me WHAT vendor it came from so I could contact the vendor but they won’t respond. I don’t know who sent it or which Christmas gift I won’t be getting now that I ordered for someone. Horrible company!!!!! Do not use!

Got my package delivered by this company I never heard. And ended up getting my item stolen from inside the box and the driver re taped the box with scotch tape and delivered my box to another address down the block from me. Not recommended

I agree with the other reviewers. This company has messed up two out of the two times that companies we purchased from used them. Once they delivered to our next-door neighbors instead of our address and just yesterday they left a package outside of my business in a high traffic area, after the business closed on the afternoon before Thanksgiving (when many businesses are closed for a long weekend.) I had to have somebody drive over there to pick it up because I know it would not still be there 5 days later when I return to work. When I contacted customer service they said they would report the driver but if the package disappeared I would have to contact the company I purchased it from. Shouldn’t they be taking some responsibility? Sounds like it’s a regular thing, I wonder if their drivers are poorly paid, poorly trained independent contractors. I’ve never ever had a problem with Amazon, FedEx, USPS, or UPS deliveries, just for this company.
