Literally the worst delivery service I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Constantly leaving my weekly food deliveries in different buildings, in front of different suites. Not delivering perishable food until 2-3 days later, even if they deliver it at all. Like, you'd have to TRY really hard to be this bad at what you do. Maybe 80% messed-up deliveries + non-deliveries over the course of a year. Don't use this company.

Worst delivery service EVER. Even worse than Amazon's subcontractors. A service day/time is provided online, then the tracking site updates at end of day with "delivery unsuccessful, item returned to Jitsu", when no delivery was even attempted. The delivery window is 8 am to 11 pm. If you try to get an update, request a code, the code does nothing to update the delivery information. I love Quince's products but they use Jitsu, which SUCKS.

It’s too bad I can’t give 0 starts. Absolutely unorganized delivery, not sure why Factor uses them at all.

Awful horrible terrible. Delivery is inconsistent. Yesterday driver didn't deliver because (depending on what customer service two you talk to) they didn't have the access code (property is not locked or gated and there's no access code) or they were unable to find the location even though I have box delivered every Monday. The driver then kept the box in their car overnight and didn't return it to the warehouse till the following day so it's now not going out for another delivery attempt till the following day. Customer service is abysmal.

Second time my package has "gone missing" immediately after delivery. They send me a photo, and within minutes, POOF, the package is gone. They have the option of using the Amazon Hub lockers which are 10 feet away, but instead leave it outside the building entrance. DO NOT use this service if you want your packages actually delivered.

Horrible in every way

The package JITSU received in their warehouse on 8/17 remains undelivered on 8/28. I have emailed them twice, and they tell me it was misdirected, but they are working to find it. Today I reached out again looking for this birthday gift needed by 8/30, and JITSU's customer rep told me to call Quince to escalate my request. Um, shouldn't that be JITSU's responsibility to resolve losing the package? Or is it an admission that it was delivered to the wrong address? Take your pick because I get zero answers. I have asked that they never be tasked with delivering my packages. I suggest avoiding JITSU delivery service at all costs. What an utter disappointment.

This delivery company is so bad that I will no longer buy from businesses that use them as a shipper. They could not find their way to the nearest gas station. I have had a couple of experiences with this "shipper" both packages were lost. Both times, I had to send them my coordinates and a pin even though my address is clear on the map. And both times someone got a nice gift. It's a circular neighborhood in a popular area. It should not be this hard. Customer service is nonexistent. I've been "holding" with their chat now for 30 min waiting for a live human. Do not use them, do not hire them, and do not support them. You are better off walking to the store your item came from than dealing with this nonsense.
