This delivery company is so bad that I will no longer buy from businesses that use them as a shipper. They could not find their way to the nearest gas station. I have had a couple of experiences with this "shipper" both packages were lost. Both times, I had to send them my coordinates and a pin even though my address is clear on the map. And both times someone got a nice gift. It's a circular neighborhood in a popular area. It should not be this hard. Customer service is nonexistent. I've been "holding" with their chat now for 30 min waiting for a live human. Do not use them, do not hire them, and do not support them. You are better off walking to the store your item came from than dealing with this nonsense.

Delivery promised on 7/27. When not delivered, tracking updated to "we've received your package and are finding a delivery agent" but not ever delivered. It was food items so after 3 days, they said they were unable to deliver but did not give a reason why and referred me to the vendor. Awful.

Can someone explain why Trustpilot rates this company at 1.4 when no one has given a review higher than one star?

Horrible. They have idiots making their routes. The driver told me once he went by my house ten times all day and I didn't get my box til after 9pm!! Today my box was ONE mile away, TWO HOURS AGO, and now it's in another town 20 min away!!!!! Just horrible that they can't follow a normal route without wasting their emplyees' time and gas!!! Calling customer service is a complete joke. She sounded half asleep, put me on hold forever to "pull up my tracking" then just didn't give a darn about anything. Unacceptable. I'll be reporting this to the shipper!!

Even giving them one star is way too much. This is by far the worst delivery company I have ever encountered. Absolutely horrible customer service and even worse delivery personnel. How this company is still in business is beyond me. If any of your deliveries mention using Jitsu, do yourself a favor and cancel whatever subscription you have because it will undoubtedly be a very bad experience.

This is not a contractor based company. You will be an employee that will use your vehicle to drive 100 miles for 88.00. This company looks for emigrant drivers who can’t add and work them like dogs. You think you’re working when you want and how long but this company tell you the route is 5 hrs and it’s really 8 then they say your moving slow. The suspend you as if you work for them without explanation. If you don’t do exactly what they say they block you from seeing routes and your would never know. Not only are the low balling the pay but they really depend on the weak because if you can add than you would quit

If I could give a 0 I would. My order said delivered it was a photo of the package sitting on delivery drivers lap. When went out side up the street we saw a guy in a car handling packages to a guy in a truck . All different sizes. Customer service has not responded to us. How they higher thieves is beyond me.

They need to screen their drivers. The driver delivered my order to the wrong address. And they won't even reach out to the company you placed your order with. They'll make you contact the company directly for a replacement. For any companies thinking about cutting cost by using Jitsu, don't.
