I love the selection and prices at GoJane. On this recent order, I was ecstatic to receive my purchase, however there was slight damage to my shoe. As for the return process, I’m somewhat taken aback by the process and have not experienced the complication of waiting to hear back from customer service before sending my shoes back. I’ve never had problems with returns from Nordstrom, Macy’s, DSW etc. In addiction, it was hard to reach customer service via phone, but I appreciate the email option.

A great company to shop with no problems what so ever.

Shipping cost is too high for the weight of them items purchased. How can it cost 40 usd for a few pairs of earrings? If I didn’t already promise to give them away as gifts I would’ve canceled my order.

I was nervous my outfit wouldn’t come in time, but it arrived about 4 days early. I also was concerned it wouldn’t be stretchy enough since I have thick thighs, a butt and hips and I’m smaller in my waist and chest, but it fit like a glove! The material is nice and it looks the same in person.
