I would give less than 1 star if i could. SCAM company! They agreed to take my checks as payment, and i sent my first check 2 weeks before due date. They drag their feet processing checks to make you incur $25 late fees. Told me after my "late" payment, " this is why we discourage checks" when in fact they did NOT discourage it. Says it takes 15, 30 sometimes 60 days to process a check. Garbage. They drag their feet processing checks, and hound you via text and email about your "due payment." I stopped my dental invisalign treatments after 13 weeks due to this lousy company-- which is disappointing since i only had 3 mths left. Interest is INSANE. Language barriers as representatives are not english speakers as their first language. Do not waste your time with this crappy, scamming company! I'd rather have teeth problems than deal with lying POS scammers. Beware of this company, do not finance with them or you WILL live to regret it, and be in debt paying double after Interest charges and bullshit late fees.

I had a wonderful experience with  Farlyn. Her customer service was truly outstanding. She was extremely patient, took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, and made sure she fully understood my issue before taking action. She  went above and beyond during our phone call to find the best possible solution for me. She was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to receive this level of dedication and genuine care. I truly appreciate her help.
