If there is a problem with the arrangement we made then you should take the time out to notify the person so it won't be a problem. It's important to notify the person so they won't have a problem with the account.

The customer service is not that great. You also can’t send in payments early. It won’t post to your account when the payment is due and you will even get a late fee due to this!

UPDATE: Manager called and said that customer service was not explaining it correctly. I am on the promotion and there is no interest if paid within 24 months, my payments may stay at $180.01 but that would not pay it off in 24 months so they were saying $278.95 each month is what would pay it off in 24 months without interest. All 3 customer service personnel did not agree with that...that is what I had said. He promised they would get better training for customer service. My doctor's office has already been notified and contacted them yesterday so not sure if that's what got it taken care of or just the supervisor. Regarding the $200 extra payments, Josh said that is applied and no interest paid if paid within the 24 months. How simple. Who is training customer service??? Gheez, what a headache! ORIGINAL: I applied for this in my doctor's office with their billing dept. $1600 down on an $8000 payment for cataract surgery. $180.01 per month for 24 months, interest free if paid off "just like Care Credit". The statement shows interest, when I called, they said the promotion of interest free was not applied so if I want interest free NOW my payments would be $278.95. That was NOT the Agreement. I also paid an additional payment of $200 and they applied interest to that, I called, Mike Emp #3256 said it would be applied at the end of the term. This is a bad bad company who baits and switches on people who need financing for medical care. I reported them to the doctors and told them to go back to Care Credit. I will file complaints with Consumer Protection, Fraud with the FBI, Dept of Banking & Finance. PLEASE, PROTECT YOURSELF AND STAY AWAY! I have talked to customer service three different times, they all have said the same thing so this is the company's policy to bait and switch. Medical care financing is interest-free for 24 months. I am on the phone with the doctor's office now, they said this is horrible and they are looking into it as well. They are the #1 cataract surgery in Atlanta GA. Anyone who uses financing for medical things should not be taken advantage of like it's a car title lender. Gheez!
