I believe I spoke with "Watson." Great! He knew what he was talking about. It was my third time calling within a few hours. Two prior representatives were awful. First young lady told me she'd call me back AFTER she deleted my account in an effort to get the payment page to work online. She never did. The second representative routed me through for "help" but it was for "manager partnering." Again, awful experience. Very disappointed with the lack of training.

Ok.so it’s one thing to finance a car,Boat or a Home. Having to finance a healthcare plan to stay healthy.Well that’s even more difficult s decision. I have to finance my Teeth. Not only showed me that courtesy but also went over the bar with his expertise and knowledge of the options available to me. I’m disabled and only get paid a certain amount on a specific time of each month. Ronnie L. Was absolutely on my team when I explained I wasn’t going to be prepared at the due date of what was the first payment. I thought the down payment was also considered the first payment. It was not however. And because of Ronnie L’s. Generosity and his understanding Was able to help me with my due date and also worked with me about a late fee. I really didn’t want to be late on my first payment. It’s hard enough in today’s world to have to deal with finance companies due to the aggressive nature of the business. Ronnie L. Showed me that there are still kind , generous , understanding and real Humans left on The planet. I want to say How much I appreciate the way you interacted with me. I can’t tell you the feeling I have now due to your genuine kindness. So THANK YOU RONNIE L.

Juan was wonderful and seamlessly assisted me with my early payment to my account. He was freindly and professional and knowledgeable.. I quickly was done with my payment request.
