The company does not provide clear guidelines of what is owed and automatically sets a payment amount that leads you to paying interest but sells you on a limited interest free plan. There is lack of transparency to where you’re at with the interest free plan given the payment plan they set makes you pay interest. This company harms customers and seeks every penny. I asked for a full payoff and specifically said many times I have an upcoming payment that has interest that I want to get ahead of. The company inhibits people to payoff without interest. This is in violation. Update 5.6.26 Per the company’s below response of not being able to find my account is incorrect. Santiago and Leo told me incorrect amount of full payoff and unable to restrict my scheduled payment on 5/5/26 even though I called on 5/4/26 to ask to fully pay off my outstanding amount. Thus, I was required to pay interest on the scheduled 5/5/26 even though I was told I will not pay interest if I pay the full amount off. I called the line for billing questions twice and left messages twice, and no one retrieved my call. I had to press 1 to get to someone and the people I was connected with did not gave me correct information. This is a violation and lack of transparency forcing customers to pay interest without warning of the upcoming deadline of the interest free deadline coming up. This is unacceptable and harms customers.
