I’m disappointed that Gohaus does not…
I’m disappointed that Gohaus does not allow refunds back to the original payment method used to purchase the product. Instead, the only option offered is store credit or a gift card. If I return a product, especially when I’m unhappy with it, I believe I should have the option to receive my money back rather than being forced to spend it with the same company. This refund policy alone would make me hesitant to purchase from Gohaus again.
