I was thrilled with GoGoMeds until I started taking a prescription that needed to be filled monthly rather than every 3 months. GoGoMeds is so slow when fulfilling a prescription that I ended up missing a week of my medication because of how long their processing time took. I had absolutely no problem when they filled my other script every 3 months. They always called me to have it refilled long before I was close to being out but that has definitely not been the case for this new med that needs to be filled every month. I never get a refill call anymore like I used to and if I don't remember to refill it on my own on the website, I can go days without my medicine which is unacceptable. The prices with GoGoMeds are amazing but you pay a different price in waiting around for them to send your meds.

Many times over the years using you I have either not received my refills or received duplicate refills of some meds causing me issues. I do like that there is an online refill section now. I just feel there is a disconnect from traditional pharmacies that is needed.

I cannot give a 4 or 5 star review just yet. I have only had a few refills from this company so far. I will say that they stand by their 24 hour call back response time. That must be a great deal of pressure on the support staff who have to get back to customers. I like it but I do see where that could be a difficult task to complete if someone does not have excellent time management skill. All in all, so far so goo for GoGoMeds.

Preparing and shipping the order after my pcp submitted the prescription, it was several weeks before the order shipped. Disappointed with the delay.

I've done a whole week of the meds but I'm not really feeling the effects. I'm starting my 2nd week today and hopefully it will start to kick in. Thank you
