My doctor sent in rx. It was never processed for over a week. When I finally got through they said the doctor wrote the rx incorrect. They said they tried to contact him. They never did. I contacted my doctor myself. He re sent the rx. Was finally processed but never shipped. I called again. Customer service said they would send overnight. It was sent fin but not overnight. From time of first rx it was over 3 weeks to get medication. Horrible

I ordered my Flonase which had a current valid prescription. A week later, I emailed to check on my order and a couple of days later they said my order got hung up in the system. In the meantime, I ran out. I also had no way to go ahead and order a med that had an expired prescription so that you could reach out to the Dr. I had to get with the Dr. and do it myself. It also takes days now for someone to answer an email. I don't know what is going on, but the service used to be so great there and that is why I used you. I am switching back to OptumRX through my insurance. They handle everything, expired prescriptions and everything, and get orders out fast like you all used to do.

The first order was strong , this order is not good and it’s weak

Turned off auto refill days before but was still charged and shipped. Called multiple times and told refund was on the way. Never came, had to dispute charge with my bank to get issue resolved. Would not recommend GoGoMeds.

I needed Meds, asked for express shipping took 2 weeks to process!!! Had to have someone forward meds to new address. Good luck..

This is my second order with the product u I almost Didn’t order again but I thought I would Try . Literally I have Gained weight ten lbs actually . I had Lost weight two years ago kept it off wanted to use this to get the last 22 lbs . I drive the water I eat well I walk 20,000 steps a day . This doesn’t make me feel fuller Or it does not appetite suppress at all . It feels like it would if I drank Two glasses of water before I ate what a bummer cause it’s $200 I just wasted .

The medication took almost two weeks to get to me. Any other pharmacy would be here the same day or next day.

I am totally dissatisfied with GOGOMEDS. My initial order of Plenity took over 2 weeks to receive (told it would be 3 days). I only ordered 1 month, to see if it agreed with my system. It didn't. I got a text saying they would be shipping more in 5 days. (never asked for this). Tried to email, call, left messages and never heard from them. Today, I get a text that my order has shipped and my credit card has been charged! WHAT?!?! I finally got someone to answer this morning and the supervisor told me they are overwhelmed with orders. She also to me that I didn't opt out for further shipments on the original order form--so now this is my fault? I don't think so. They told me they were stopping the order and charges....we'll see what happens.
