Today, May 11, 2022 I called to check on my prescription for Plenity. I was so in pleased by the very pleasant greeting by Ms. Versie. Her demeanor was very cheerfully ( I needed THAT), pleasant, personable very knowledgeable, and most important sincerely dedicate to assist me with my prescription. The physician miss ordered 2 instead of 3, however, she did not ignored my request for 3, instead she volunteered to call my doctors office to make the changes. Also, my 80th birthday is on May 22, I asked Ms. Versie if she can omit the extra charges for a speedy shipment as my birth day present, She apparently consulted with her superior and approved it. Her actions are over and beyond call, Thank you Plenity for having an outstanding employee of her character God Bless you all and have a Blessed day.!
