Fantastic mail order service!

GoGoMeds was great to work with. Easy ordering and getting things set up. I would highly recommend them.

My doctor approved a prescription for Plenity for me and GoGoMeds delivered promptly. They gathered information over the phone and were professional, which is hard to find today, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!

The only complaint I have is when an order could not be filled because you couldn't get it, I had to call later to get it and you then sent it. It would work much better if you could track the back orders and send them out when you can get them.

My 1st order actually arrived destroyed, like a truck had run over it. I called GoGoMeds to report what I received and was instructed to throw them away and a new order would be shipped out. (I offered to send the order back but was told to just dispose of them). Your records show the replacement order was sent, but I never received it. (this was back in Jan/Feb). I just received an email and call from GoGoMeds today if I needed a refill. I explained to "John" what had happened as stated above, and that I never received the replacement. John was so nice / great to work with. He made sure all of my info was correct. up to date and proceeded to get the replacement order coming to me asap. I couldn't ask for a better rep to work with.... Thank you John!!!

My customer service person was so helpful with an order mixup. She was personable, helpful, and easy to talk to. As she went to her supervisor to work out the problem he always kept me informed. It was a extremely pleasant experience.

My order was shipped in a timely manner and I was pleasantly surprised with the 2 silver containers, an unexpected treat… I have began my journey using Plenity and will keep you updated…
