Everything was handle correctly

The medication came quick and without complication. I have only ordered from GoGOMeds once. I would likely give GoGoMeds a five start rating if the service continues like it went the first time.

I get a 28 day supply and instead of contacting me at day 25/26, I feel like I am contacted around day 22/23 and will have my new prescription by day 26. I don’t even use all 28days so I have had a lot of extra. When I tried to change my delivery date it took so long to find my session longer out. I had to do all the steps again. It works and wasn’t that hard to navigate the website but I wish changing delivery and processing would be a little easier to see on the website

I found it confusing when I first started searching for the Plenity. It went smoothly once I found out where to get it. Everything arrived in a timely manner and everything was intact.

ORDERING RX WAS EASIER THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD!!

I was very surprised when I went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription and was told I could not get it there but had to go back to my doctor and have them order through GoGoMeds. I didn't understand this and still don't. I was planning to start the regimen right away and now had to wait so I was not happy. I much prefer being able to pick up my prescription instead of having to do by mail.

So far so good!

GoGoMeds staff were very prompt and helpful with their responses both over email and over-the-phone to my questions about securing and ordering new prescriptions. Overall, the processing and delivery time of my prescription was in-line with their quoted time frames.
