Poor communication. Takes way too long. Deciding to pay out of pocket for meds that should be “free” because the stress of not knowing if I’m going to get them or not is too much.

Dear Kelley, I’m not sure the issue. The last medication was scheduled for automatic refill on Friday 5/13 and Shipped 5/16, delivered 5/19. While we usually ship in 24 hours, but with late Friday fills, shipping occurs on Monday and is inconvenient at times. We promote allowing 5-10 days for delivery and this came in 6 days from the start point of the order. There are no issues with this specific order from our side, but hopefully for refills the weekend time doesn’t cause a delay. We would love to keep you as a customer. Thanks Ron RPh

The first communication from GoGoMeds about the refill process was on 4/23. I finally received my refill on 5/18. Customer Service was not helpful. I wish I could get my Rx from another source.

Dear Tiffany, The original prescription came to us with incorrect directions from your physician. After receiving authorization to change to the correct directions, we sent out the medication. As the only, monopolistic distributor of Plenity, gogomeds really doesn't care about the customer at all. They proudly announce they are a "cash only" PBM, as if that somehow excuses their behavior. In their FAQs, when the question is posed: "Do you accept insurance?" the answer is a very misleading: "At gogomeds you get the best price for Plenity WITHOUT insurance. That is a NON-ANSWER. My insurer, Aetna, issued prior authorization for Plenity in less than a day, offering to reimburse me any monthly cost in excess of $45.00 -- in other words, $53 back in my pocket per month. But that would require gogomeds to cooperate with Aetna, and seek a network participation override -- something that gogomeds apparently won't even entertain. So even though I am willing to submit my claims to Aetna the "old-fashioned" way, until I get to $5,000 out of network deductible, Aetna can't help me, and I am stuck paying $98/month rather than the $45/month Aetna would have me charged. I guess it's good to be the only legal distributor of a great new innovational weight loss solution...

I called in my script on 4/20/22. This is a monthly script that is filled by GoGoMeds. I know it can take 1-4 days to process/fill. By 4/28/22, I did not have my script. I called, the worker checked and said yes, it is filled and it is waiting to be sent. Waiting for what??? I explained that when I ordered it on 4/20/22, I had alloted for 7 days. I mean, it has never taken that long before. Well, wait. A refill a few months ago got sent out west and was over a month with no pills. Magically, my order was shipped that day and I got it the next. THAT IS HOW IT SHOULD ALWAYS BE. Just like when I first started using GoGoMeds.

I did this method for a week…I did not feel the fullness from it & I at normal & put 2 pounds on? I also had belly bloat in my upper abdomen & felt discomfort from it!
