I recieved my order correctly but it took approximately 2 weeks after the doctor sent the perscription for it to ship. I had to go in and manually add it to my cart and process the order twice. Not sure what was going on.

I like how fast it ships but FedEx left note on my door that no one answered (didn’t knock hard enough for my dog to hear and bark). Left package for me at Bethalto Walgreens FedEx pickup inside. One only 1 try to deliver and Bethalto is 20 minutes from me and not some place I go

It took a long time to get my medication. I had to make three follow-up phone calls and from when they were allegedly shipping until when I got them the shipping was slow

Dear Roger, Now that we have all your info, hopefully you find any new orders or refills much quicker. We promote on the website shipping taking 5-10 days but our average is historically 3 days. Depending on the time of year, unfortunately, the timing can be near the 10 day mark. Thanks Ron RPh
