I only had one issue. My Dr. changed one of my medicines but the old one were still to be shipped. I've called to have that med remove and that my Dr. will submit a new prescription for the new med later. Well, the rep did put a flag for the med not to be shipped but somehow it shipped.

The process seemed to take longer than expected. I’m hoping this works as advertised

I dont understand why there are so many steps to get an automatic refill.

I have gotten meds from here several times. Each time it seems like there is a little glitch. Either the Rx isn't in my list, or the refills are out, or it gets shipped to early, and there are damaged pills. That being said, email response with problems is pretty prompt. And mail delivery of a larger supply of meds is very handy.

Service was fine except did not know the medication was one that needed to be by FedEX and signed for. My husband only happened to see the FedEX truck here as my husband arrived for lunch and was able to sign for it. Would have changed the delivery address if had known.

I agreed to have my order shipped on by 10/9 of this year but it has not been shipped out yet. It needs to be shipped out rightly. An credit card is on file to billed my refill prescription of Plenity
