A interaction I experience with a team member about my medication.

I like that I have the option for automatic refills. I do not like how many different tabs and steps are necessary to start a new prescription fill, though. I also don't want an email for every step of an order. I would rather get a link to my order and see it as a line with dots for each of the steps it goes through. Prescription received, order requested, order checked by pharmacy, order shipped, click here for Tracking number. I wouldn't mind getting the email with the Tracking number. That kind of email lets me know to be checking my mailbox.

I'm in luck. Feel my clothes fitting better in just a month. Going to keep on using the plan. The best people are supporting me in my journey and are very nice. Thank you Go Go meds.

I am new to this service. Overall experience was good but I was a little confused trying to complete the order online. I went through the order portion easily enough, but could not complete the verification process. There was no editable selections to edit or to accept the information. So, I went to the shipping portion but could not easily locate where to complete the order. I was not sure if I would get my prescription or not.

Seamless, quick, easy, and fast.

Once I got my provider to get the prescription to GoGoMeds (and the hassle with that wasn't their fault) service and product was good. I phoned to ask questions, and the CSR was pleasant, good humored, and had the information I needed. There was a bit of a lag in getting my script filled and shipped - apparently due to a mandatory review process (?). Hopefully, that won't need to happen when I refill, since it will be an established prescription. Once shipped, my prescription arrived in good time, well packaged, and exactly what I ordered. Over all, I'm pleased and impressed.

The staff were attentive and helpful, even as I had to navigate confusion, misinformation, mistakes, and delays by insurance, medical clinic, and the original pharmacy (all infuriating). Rx'nGo staff were the only ones who were even remotely helpful, and made the difference in my receiving the correct prescription at the best cost under my plan. Thank you!

It's pretty easy to get your prescriptions. I would give it a five star if we could get the initial prescription faster. The first time a script is written it takes about 10 days to receive it.
