I have experienced a lot of problems over the years with one particular medication that they "never received" the order despite every single time it was sent they received all the other orders that accompanied it. The past 3 months I have had 2 of my Cardiovascular medications that my physician sent reflect on my profile they had been received but they never got filled. The first time I called and the representative kindly apologized and said to he didn't know why but it slipped through the cracks, it was quickly processed. The second time the scripts were sent and showed up on my profile 12/6, I called on 12/20 as they had not been filled . The representative informed me that's just how it works. It is a 3 week process time and he said the date written doesn't count as they go by when they process and that was 12/15....nonetheless it is obvious you cannot entrust them with heart medications as it places your well being at risk.

On trying to renew a 90 day supply of a prescription the product was switched to a blister pack that cost nearly 94 dollars instead of 19.99. Second time that has happened.

I take the pills 20 minutes before lunch and dinner with a 16oz glass of water. I don't feel full at all and stay hungry after taking the pills.

The GoGoMed representative was polite and courteous. However, was not trained to know the product pricing options. I ordered a kit which the representative tried to charge at 3x the rate. I mentioned that all 3 products are included in one cost. I was very persistence so the rep did look into it and was able to find the correct pricing. Also, the shipment took a lot longer then was stated.

This product DOESN'T WORK I would like my $$ back

Was mischarged, still waiting on refund I was promised on this order due to an error on the part of GoGoMeds.

Took forever to get the write script written. It's more on gogo meds on how to get the script written. And they blame then manufacture.

There were several delays and errors. I feel like improvement needs to be better between pharmacy to the physician’s offices when something specific is being ordered: I had to do a lot of the go between as the customer. When it was finally fulfilled, they prescription still had an error on the amount when I clearly had ordered 90-day. My physician’s office states that they gave the verbal for this order, but I ended up with 60-day because of how the pharmacy entered it. By this time, it had already taken almost a month of communications between faxes and phone calls so I just went with the 60-day because I would have had to wait some more time. This however made me lose the extensive discount that the 90-day would have given me.
