There is no communication about orders. The website is not updated correctly. I was billed $250 for a prescription they couldn't fill. I was not contacted to be told it could not be filled. I had to call them to find out why I paid for something I never received and then had to file fraud with my credit card in order to get a refund.

The original refill was scheduled to happen on 12/29/2022. That never happened. I called at end of February 2023, they said it would be fixed and sent off. March 2023 rolls around I call back first week of March and they once again claim it will be sent, this time overnight after approval, not sent. Contact them second week of March - several times and this time they have lost notes of previous order and claim the refill is just now scheduled. This isn't the first time my prescription has been delayed, previously it was also held up in their system due to some kind of error that they needed to fix themselves, but took me calling them to remedy it which once again caused it to be late. While I enjoy the cost savings, having to call over and over multiple times a week to get a prescription filled is tiring and frustrating.

One took a few dosages (3) but started to feel sick with a lot of stomach cramps, bloating, nausea, and liquid/soft bowel movements. It's possible it was a bug or just something I ate so I'm giving myself a few days to get back to 100% before I start again.

Didn't get the med in time to take it.

The side effects are terrible. If you don't mind loose bowels also taking these pills did not leave me full.

Jan deorder was cancelled by CS agent and customer was not notified. Dashboard showed order was good and no action required. Order late. Contacted another CS and was promised overnight delivery. Didn't happen. New delivery was several days late. Website order information not correct.

Prescription never received. Prescription was sent in and processed yet never received - still missing in USPS.

They will auto-enroll you in auto-renewal. Even when you say no. When they continue to charge you, they send you a text saying it’s shipping but only an email a day before to let you know they’re charging your card. SHADY. I called customer service and spoke with multiple managers who advised me I could “refuse” my package to send back to them and they would refund me. I asked how exactly that would work when they don’t even send medication needing a signature delivery. They said I could just take it back to UPS. I asked them to send me an email stating all of this. They said they would and never did. I am out $300 because of them and I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one because I don’t trust them to not continue to charge me! However, I’m sure if you’re looking to be continued to be prescribed something without a prescription, their system would be more than happy to continue to send out meds for your money.
