When checking on order I was given incorrect info was told only part of order was sent, was later told that was incorrect and the whole order was shipped. I asked who the prescriber was and was given wrong info. Did get the shipment, thank you. Hope medication is up to standard.

Staff is GREAT, just thought I would receive my Rx sooner. May be the problem of the USPS, not GoGoMeds though. Love the SAVINGS!!

Good costumer service

I called and the fellow I talked with was just trying to get me off of the phone. I was curious about how they done business like where they bought meds, do they match prices, do they have coupons and said I had a hard copy of a script. He simply said the customer must get the script to gogomeds before gogomeds does anything. To that I said if I faxed you a copy of my script, you would have enough info to follow up with my doctor. He said they do not call doctors so doing that would go nowhere. Anyway, I immediately called my doctor and warned them that this place wants an escript before they do anything. He told me they do not match prices and do not use coupons. I believe he had no idea how they done business.

Website is easy to navigate and use. Had no problems. One little nitpik--annoying how, when it changes to next page, it's always centered on the bottom of the page instead of the top, so we have to scroll up. But it's a little thing.

The best and more convenient.

my only complaint is a discount should be given for 1st time orders. you'd get more people that way.
