Dear Kevin, Thank you for the great review! An easy process with fast shipping is what we want for all customers as we build the Uber of the pharmacy world. The ability to take an e-script and receive it at the touch of a button on your phone via the mail is the new future for pharmacy. Thanks again for telling others how easy it is. Thanks Ron RPh

Dear Karen, Thank you for the great review! Your experience is what we want for all our customers as we change pharmacy - no more waiting in lines for 30-45 minutes for most medication needs. The technology of reviving e-scripts from physicians instead of a paper prescription has changed the game. Medication at the touch of a button on your phone delivered to you quickly. Thanks Ron RPh

quick and easy process to refill prescriptions and have them delivered at a reasonable cost
Response from GoGoMedsMar 29, 2019
Dear Rebecca, Thank you for the great review! Quick and easy is what we like as compared to the old fashioned way of driving to the pharmacy and waiting an hour for the prescription. In today’s world, a refill at the touch of your phone is what customers demand and we want to be that pharmacy for the future. Thanks for helping us with your great review. Ron RPh

Update Part Deux: Got a follow-up call. They contacted the original physician and confirmed approval for order and will process it. Was again very very nice, helpful. Really went out of his way to make things right. Very impressed with of customer service. Raised to (a well-earned) 5-star review. If this guy I talked to is very high up in the company then they should do well. Definitely recommend on customer service alone. ---------------------------------------------------------- Update: Below is my original review. I received a reply and 2 attempted follow-up phone calls. I returned the call. Very nice individual. We discussed the system and how improvements will help to recognize existing customers better. I feel far more comfortable the business is run with a caring touch. Gentleman said he would follow-up with physician to confirm deviations between prescription and reorder. Very informative and helpful. I raised the rating from 2 to 4 stars based on the personal touch. Holding off on 5-stars until process complete but I anticipate I will revise again soon. ------------------------------------------------ I ordered originally via GetRoman, which used GoGoMeds to fulfill. Apparently this is done "blind" (w/o seeing or having a prescription in your system). I created account, added the prescribing physician to my list. Apparently you can fulfill prescriptions blind if asked by prescribing physician but cannot fulfill orders if the physician refuses to "show" (transfer) you the prescription (aka give up rights?). It's a very odd system clearly designed to protect profits.

Dear MLT, Just to clarify, we have the prescription but when you entered the information in our software as a new customer, we didn't realize you were a customer already via our fulfillment. I will call you to discuss your prescription request (I left one message at the number we have on file). Thanks, Ron RPh
