I would give 5 stars every time however, I have my meds on auto refill and each time a refill is generated GoGo meds calls to see if I need a refill. Please fix this.......

A little bit confusing to use but once you get a person it is fairly easy. No number listed for refills so I had to do some digging. Order came fast and people were very nice.

This was my first knowledge and use of GoGoMeds, suggested by my dermatologist. My overall experience was exceptional. The only thing preventing my giving 5 stars was the response time between when I provided my insurance information and the call back confirming coverage and out of pocket cost. Otherwise, the process was seamless and I received my prescription the day after I provided payment information.

After I finally figured out how to order the meds, the experience was good. The website leaves a lot to be desired in ease of navigation, just plain figuring out where to to to order, and even if the prescription is still valid on your site. You could take a few pointers from the Humana Pharmacy website for ease of ordering.
