I feel like it takes an extremely long time to get my initial prescription, from date of prescription written to date of medication received has been longer than 2 weeks which is unacceptable in my honest opinion.

My prescription was written for a 3 month supply for 12 months. I only receive 1 at a time and must call every month. Every time I speak to a representative, they agree and say a three month supply will be sent. It never is. This is extremely frustrating. There is a disconnect between who takes the request and who fills my order.

One of my meds was recently increased, which I received, but I received a refill of my old dosage on this order. The CSR rep that I reached out to assured me that I will continue to receive the new dosage however. Also, the amount of time that it takes to refill consistently leaves me without meds for a few days.

I like the product. I'm starting my 3rd month. I've lost around 10 pounds but seem to have stalled. My biggest issue is that I need a prescription for the product but health insurance is not accepted. The out of pocket expense isn't too bad but I wouldn't mind it being less.

If covered by insurance, the product would be close in price to the current payment, especially with the high copays with this class of medication for insurance now. The company has done a great job of holding down the price as much as possible. Under insurance coverage, the price would go to $4-500, in my past experience, so the current value is fantastic. Took 2 weeks to get my meds and my insulin I was almost out, when I called first time it's being delivered next day, never came. Called 2nd time its scheduled. Each time I called no one had record to ship it. 3rd time charm now its 2 weeks. This girl was determined, and it finally arrived. I was not happy about the service at first. let's hope going forward it will go smoother
