The first time I called I was told that I needed a new prescription for me meds and was asked "shall we take care of that?" I said sure that I needed it in about a week. Finally I called again because I was getting really low and I had them look up if it was on the way and the answer was no. They took my info and called my Dr. and got the ok and sent it to me. The problem I had at that time was it was a week getting to me and I was out. I think I'm ok but there seems to be a problem somewhere

Dear Carl, The physicians can be slow in getting us a prescription. That’s why we ask the customer to call also because you will get a quicker response as their customer than we will. Hopefully with refills service can be quick and the next time we need a new prescription we will put a note in your profile that the physician needs called more often than most. Thanks Ron RPh
