Where are our meds?
Everything went very well. The price was good, and the lady on the phone was very courteous and helpful...the only problem is that we have not yet received the prescription.

Thanks Ron RPh Dear Marjorie, 4/20/20 9:30am This is from our customer service team: We shipped this on the 13th. It looks like the delivery by USPS wasn't as prompt as they typically are. It stayed at the Network Distribution Center for 4 days (14th-18th), but the tracking shows the package is now out for delivery today. Thanks Ron RPh

Never received tracking information, got one day air-shipping due to delay
Customer service was extremely helpful. My medication was out of stock and I never received an email explaining what was taking so long, but after emailing and speaking with some of the reps, they gave me 1 day air shipping as an apology as to why it was taking so long. This was much appreciated since I can not leave the house do to CoVid-19. I highly recommend for others who cannot leave the house and need they're prescriptions delivered to them.

very good
very good, but the wait time on calls is way too long- should hire more phone operators.

Dear Leslie, Thank you for the advice. We monitor phone calls and have extra staff during heavy call periods. One such time is during lunch time, EST, which appears to be a heavy call time while customers follow up during their own break at work. We also have a feature where you can immediately leave a message to get a call back - we monitor our response times for those calls and the number per day also. Things got worked out
Things got worked out, but there were quite a few problems getting my medication on toon/ auto shipped

Good overall experience
Good customer service, fast shipping. It would be good to have an option to "reorder last order" on the website. If there is, it's not obvious enough.

Dear Sarah, We have that feature. The customer service department will follow up with you. We have to do it a little different than a typical retailer, because we are a pharmacy and regulated by following a prescription. We call it our auto refill option so we will follow up to explain. Thankful for OTC EnLyte and great customer service at GoGoMeds
I have been buying from GoGoMeds for years and am very thankful that EnLyte has gone OTC. I do wish that I could get it for a better price as it is a financial burden, but will continue to buy it. Specialty Medical and GoGo have always had GREAT customer service.

Dear Katie, I know the manufacturer, JayMac and the team there work very hard to keep the price down on that product. Going OTC uncouples the product from a prescription so at least the consumer doesn’t have to pay for a physician visit, sometimes costing up to $100. Just so you know, they are one of the most price conscious companies we work with and they have a wonderful team. The capsule they produce is very hard to make. Thanks Ron RPh

It's a great service
It's a great service. My doc sends the rx and they take it from there. A bit slow on the turnaround but definitely becoming my go-to pharmacy!

Dear Rob, Thank you for the nice review. The first prescription can take some time to coordinate the order with the prescription, especially if we have to wait on the prescription from the physician.
