I have left several messages on both Go Go Meds phone and Primus. My doctor's office gave me a sample of the EpiCeram which I was excited to try. I liked it so they called Go Go Meds to prescribe it and told me I would receive a call from them. No one called me so I called in and spoke to a girl who took my cc info and promised me that my cream would ship out Priority and that I would receive it in a couple of days. I used to live in Northern Ky. and now reside in Florida. It is extremely hot now and the cream was not sent Priority, but 1st Class. Consequently, it took over a week to get here and was delivered on a Saturday, sitting in a mail box that is over 100 degrees for the weekend until I could retrieve it. Had it shipped as promised, PRIORITY, it would have arrived on a week day and this would not have happened. The bottle clearly states that this cream should not be in a temp over 86 degrees. I NEED THIS CREAM right away as my sample is gone! I would like another FRESH bottle shipped to me Priority as the 1st one was supposed to be and a call tag issued for this bottle so it can be returned.

This was by far the most humiliating, worst experience of my life. I feel GoGoMeds has infringed on my privacy rights by carelessly delivering my medication to my door (even though my community strictly states to bring packages to the office); my package was opened by my neighbors, left opened at my front door the entire day, then eventually was noticed and now shared with the office. Now my entire condo knows the medication I'm on as well as my personal information. I was told my medication would arrive via USPS which would've safely been in my mailbox (or a parcel). However, it was shipped via UPS, in the middle of the day and as the packaging was so cheaply assembled and again, carelessly left without my knowledge, has now put me in an extremely humiliating/unbearable situation in my home environment. I know for a fact that the way my prescriptions were delivered were a flat out violation of my HIPAA rights. I've had prescriptions sent to me before by other companies and I've never had such a horrendous experience as mine with GoGoMeds. I would never recommend GoGoMeds to anyone, even my worst enemy.

I haven't received the medication. It was supposed to be sent overnight over a week ago.

GoGo meds rep. called me to say the med i've been waiting for is is stock and would i like to place an order. as i've been waiting months for this med i ordered extra in case they were out of stock again. order was placed, my credit card charged and email was received that the order was being processed. then today a week an receiving order confirmation email a GoGo med rep called and said they made a mistake and really didn't have any of my med in stock and will issue a refund. my feelings are they over sold and left me without!

FYI before you start the process with GoGoMeds. It’s cash only or I guess plastic! They don’t take insurance! I couldn’t find any information on their site and called them. After she told me it was no insurance policy, I thought, “ok cut out the big corp” maybe it will be close to my price & less headache than local CVS! They don’t have and/or ship my my RX, Ultram (Tramadol-Acetaminophen) I will continue my search for a new pharmacy. I’m happy for the people that enjoy company. Sounds great.
