I was extremely apprehensive about ordering prescriptions on line, specially when GoGoMeds could not find a record of my doctor sending/faxing or emailing the prescription, and when they found the record everything seemed to move fairly fast. But what I found reassuring was the level of the GoGoMeds representatives who guided me through the process, they were helpful, responded to emails, friendly and so professional. In addition I received a notice with a tracking number once my order was processed. Thank you to all the GoGoMeds costumer service representatives as well as the pharmacy staff.

Dear Silvia, Thank you for the great review! Great customer service with price savings, that’s how we want to unseat our national chain competitors and be the Netflix of the pharmacy world. Coordinating with the physician getting the prescription is the toughest part of the process because we may be waiting on them especially with a fax. Our preferred route to obtain the prescription is electronically, by e-script. Thanks for using our service. Ron RPh
