Dear James, The processing is usually dependent on obtaining a clean prescription from the physician. After we have that, we typically get the medication out the door in 24-48 hours. When an Rx needs to be refilled and you need a new Rx from a doctor, an email should be sent to the consumer to advise. Not everyone is well enough to do it themselves.
