Dear Roger, 3:30pm 11/16 You ordered the medication on a Saturday at 5:15pm which is unfortunately after the ability for next day shipping. We are closed on Sunday and your med went out first thing on Monday. UPS shipping was sent next day air, but UPS took 2 days to deliver. We refunded your overnight shipping cost on 11/7/19 so you should see that credit by now. Sorry for the delay. Dear David, 10/21/19 We call the physician when refills are out but we ask the customer to do so also. The physician usually responds quicker to you as their customer than they do to us. It is correct that when a physician office is closed on Saturday and Sunday, we can’t get approval until Monday to be shipped next day to you on Tuesday. When we can handle issues during the week, with the physician available, we can send medication next day air. Service in that case is less than 24 hours and not 72 hours as in a Saturday call. In the future, we may need a pharmacy in every state for quick delivery but for now we are dependent on UPS, USPS and FedEx for our deliveries. We also transfer an active prescription to a local pharmacy for immediate service, usually within 10 minutes. For you, we will try to get approval today quickly, so you can have the medication tomorrow. Dear Armen, I’m not sure if this is our fault or the post office. Since we have your correct address but it never shows up, there is an obvious error somewhere. It appears the problem is with USPS since tracking shows the package is in their building. We will follow up with USPS and you. Thanks Ron RPh

Thanks Ron RPh Dear Lawrence, 3/11/19 2:11pm The postal service is telling us that Macon, GA is the “hub” for your area. We received your prescriptions on 3/5 at 7:51pm and it shipped on 3/6, the next day. After checking tracking, the USPS website states your package will arrive today, 3 business days from the ship date. It seems they could use a closer hub between the two of us to cut down a day or even two off the delivery. We promote on our website, prescriptions can take 3-4 days for processing and 2-9 days for shipping. Of course we try to beat that with 24 hour processing and 3-4 day delivery or less. Hopefully your package arrives today as expected per USPS tracking. We will follow the tracking number to make sure. Dear Ned, Sorry for the experience on the lost package. When we received payment on 9/24, the medication shipped on 9/25. We have an issue with USPS on 1 in 10,000 shipments and we work to correct the situation when a problem occurs. Thanks Ron RPh
