I had some difficulty getting my prescriptions refilled and was contacted personally by Carrie who made sure the problem was corrected and that all of my medications were ordered appropriately. I appreciate the effort made to address my complaint.

I ordered a prescription refill 12 days ago and still have not received it. Surprised I was asked for a review. Follow-up: Customer service contacted me immediately to resolve the issue. USPS was experiencing a system-wide issue with parcel delivery. Prescription was received the following day.

Customer service/phone support is great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. It took me a couple times to understand how to order the exact product I wanted online in order to get the best price, but with the help of customer service on the second try I now have it figured out.
