I began using GoGoMeds back in Febrary 2021 when I set up new account. Since I have ordered 3 prescriptions and have had to call 3-4 times. I've did get two of them (one which this review is on) that were actually ordered 4/27 when I called on 4/26. However I had ordered these prior to this also but they were never actually ordered by GoGoMeds even though I was told they were. I still have not received the 3rd prescription which should of been ordered prior to 4/27 and again when I called on 4/26. I've been out of this prescription for weeks now. I realize this is a new account but as of this point I am not impressed with this pharmacy. Hopefully you will improve and I can give 5 stars at that point. Since writing this I have found out it wasn’t totally GoGoMeds fault. My insurance would not let them process my one medication. They should of called regarding this which was their mistake. So I took one star away. They are very friendly and helpful so 4 stars for that!

Easy to use website,products at great price.

Found Go-Go Meds online and was impressed with their pricing. Entered a request for a med, and the name of my doc for them to request the script. Nice of them to do that! Go-Go meds contacted me within a week to say that they'd contacted my doctor for the script and the doc said, "Nope, she hasn't seen me in a while. No script until she comes in for an appt." Ugh. It's another 4 weeks before I can get an appt. with the doc. (Not Go-Go Meds fault) Finally see the doc, get the script and send it to Go-Go Meds. From that point onward, it took nearly 4 more weeks to actually receive the med. Thank goodness it wasn't a critical item! I've had no experience getting a med very quickly from this source, so maybe I won't try to with anything time-sensitive. Otherwise, their customer service was good and price was good. The med I ordered was the one I received.

Love the product and you guys are super fast! The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the email notification that I received stating that you received the order from my doc, in no way informed me that you needed me to call before you shipped my med. I assumed you had my card on file to charge so had no reason to think you were waiting on me to ship. You need to compose emails to include something that says something like 'we need to speak with you before shipping your order. Please call ....blah, blah, blah'

I have not received my order, but I am being asked to review. I have not received any updates or tracking info., but my card has been charged. What’s up? Bill Manchester Update: After posting the above review, I was promptly contacted by GoGoMeds and the order was shipped the next day. Great customer service. I am satisfied and will continue to use the service. I have changed my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars.

I been getting my meds from GoGoMeds for several years now. I order online and just a few days later a package arrives in the mail. What could be easier?

Sometimes it may take a few extra days to process a new rx but so far it has been a better experience.

My doctor wrote my prescription for Plenity and I registered on line and made my payment. Somehow, my payment was accepted but the order slipped through the "cracks" and was never shipped. I contacted Customer Service and spoke with Shane who researched my order and had my medication shipped out the same day - I received it the very next day. What was not a good experience was turned completely around by the Customer Service Rep. I am very pleased to know that if something goes wrong, GoGo Meds will quickly remedy the issue!!
