There is no information on when order was shipped on the web page. It took multiple phone calls to get my initial order/insurance info cleared so my order would be processed. Some on the phone did not seem to know what they were doing regarding checking on the order/insurance. I am not happy with phone service nor website information.

Dear Charlene, Thank you for the review. The typical time for delivery is 2-3 days after we send it out but at times the postal service takes longer. Went by doctors recommendations. After more research found equal or better (meds) by just buying over the counter stuff. Live and learn.

My order came quickly, which is the only positive thing I can say. The medication was not covered by my insurance (they said they "didn't have a contract with them" and not available at ANY pharmacies, so I paid for my prescribed medication out of pocket, assuming there has to be some reason my dermatologist prescribed this particular medication. It gave me a horrible allergic reaction. Eyes swollen shut, the whole thing. When I tried to return to the dermatologist who prescribed the medicine, she said she could not help me and couldn't see me for a month. I can't help but wonder if this company gives doctors kick backs to prescribe meds that are only available through them? Was it super new? I have never had an allergic reaction to anything before this and the whole thing seems sus.

My prescriptions were for 90 days. Three prescriptions I take two a day. They only gave one per day. Another they only sent 30 instead of 90. Had to call back to get it right.

There are times when physicians don’t write what we ask and of course we have to fill a prescription exactly as written.
